Calling all developers! Want to work directly with me?

Well…I own two app companies along with some brilliant partners and we’re expanding (in such an awesome way)!

We are looking two hire two ninja app developers to work with our team of 6…locally here in San Diego. Our culture is very flexible, laid back, and about to make some MAJOR waves in the app world…but you MUST be located in the Southern California area or be willing to relocate here.

Now Hiring:

Experienced iOS Engineer to work on a broad range of apps at a rapid pace. We are a small team; the ability to communicate openly and effectively is essential. We value expertise and execution but require flexibility and openness when needed.

Required Experience:
? 2+ years of iOS development encompassing all major features of iPhone functionality: camera, media libraries, audio capture, integration with social media, core data etc.
? At least 1 published app in the App Store demonstrating a range of iPhone functionality.
? Excellent knowledge of XCode 4.5+ including storyboards and ARC.
? Experience using 3rd party APIs within iOS apps (such as Parse, Facebook etc).
? Excellent knowledge of iOS controls; experience implementing custom UX features which make an app shine.
? Ability to optimize app performance for an amazing user experience.
? Ability to convert beautiful designs into pixel-perfect matches within the app.
? Familiarity with TestFlight, provisioning and the whole range of processes leading to App Store submission.
? Ability to work openly in a small team. Once priorities are set, it will be up to you to give reasonable estimates and effectively communicate progress or issues.
? Ability to manage your own time and demonstrate incredible productivity.
