It’s sad to see a lot of people talking about how awesome they are at driving traffic, managing campaigns, and driving conversions…

I have yet to work with a single person who can drive and manage traffic better than I can.

It kind of sucks because I hire these people, spend money on their extremely high rates (thanks to all the coaches that tell people to raise their rates even though they suck!), and sure enough within 3-4 weeks they prove themselves worthless.

Maybe I’ve just been doing it too long and I am biased?

Maybe people who CAN drive traffic usually do it for themselves?

I’m just going to hire someone full time to do this and train them on everything I know.
