Today as you go…

Today as you go through your day and you feel that things are going wrong, you get upset or you start thinking about negative things…find your breath and breathe in and out deeply.

The breath anchors us, reminds us to get out of our minds/thoughts and tune in to our bodies, so we can bring awareness to our experiences.

So become aware your breath is erratic and stabilize it with deep breathing and extended exhales. Then let it all go and realize it’s all exactly the way it’s supposed to be and TRUST the process.
